The breath is the quickest way to get out of our head and reconnect with our body and heart, where we can then effectively regulate our nervous systems, release stuck energy and emotions, decrease stress and anxiety and experience profound levels of connection.
During a breath therapy session we engage the levels of the unconscious, which are out of reach in most forms of verbal therapy. This allows blocked physical and emotional energies associated with old memories to be released from the body. Any repressed emotions that may be keeping you in the same stuck loop are able to come to the surface and be integrated.
It is a safe place for you to do the inner work, to quiet and clear the mind from it’s everyday chatter.
