Evelyn is a lifelong foodie, who’s passion for helping people with their health led her to a career in dietetics. She has a strong understanding of food and nutrition and its role in health, and experience dealing with a wide variety of complex conditions.
Evelyn’s journey to become a dietitian began by studying food technology in school, where she became fascinated with the scientific breakdown of food.
