Gabriela is a clinical nutritionist and a firm believer that "you are what you eat and how you eat" and that a whole food diet makes you feel, think and look at your best.Her passion for food and healthy living and continuous professional education keeps her motivated, and she wants to educate and help people reach their best health. Gabriela discovered and immersed herself in the art of cooking when she moved from Texas to Melbourne. As a result of her passion for cooking, she has participated in The Chef's Line Season 2, a French cuisine cooking show, through Eureka productions on the SBS network.
