Nicole is a provisional psychologist who sees young people and adults. She has experience working in private practice and school settings. Nicole has previously worked for the Anxiety Disorders Association of Victoria (ADAVIC), as well as Life Skills Group, where she taught social, emotional and mindfulness skills to school students.
Nicole seeks to adopt warmth, empathy, and compassion as she gently supports individuals to take small realistic steps towards their goals. Using a client-centred and holistic approach, she focuses on creating a safe therapeutic space and helping individuals work towards empowered and liberated living. Nicole is particularly interested in working with presentations of anxiety, perfectionism, self-esteem issues, trauma, mood disorders and chronic pain. Nicole also has qualifications in yoga and mindfulness teaching and is passionate about incorporating body-centred and relaxation techniques into her work.
